The Book of Ira

Iratus is the demon charged with punishing those who have harmed children. As more souls come to his ring of Hell, he wonders about his effectiveness and goes “Topside” to take the punishment to the innocence-takers before they can take more innocence. While on Earth, Iratus frees sixteen-year-old Raven Mijares from human-traffickers. The two form a bond, and Raven teaches Iratus what it means to be human while trying to not inadvertently set off the Apocalypse.
